Prospect Recruitment is a long established and respected provider of professional services in Recruiting, Consulting and Safety.
With over 10 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Martin has developed an extensive network of contacts through a series of management appointments with both large and medium- sized organisations. Bringing a wealth of knowledge to the team, Martin’s past success as a Recruitment Consultant is utilised in the form of executive search requirements for high profile clients in the energy and resources sector.
Whilst Martin has recruited a variety of positions over the years, his most recent achievements have seen the successful placement of senior executive and management personnel for a number of primary building, construction and mining companies.
Colin has gained a wealth of professional experience over many years, providing recruitment support to a wide variety of clients in the mining, manufacturing and construction industries. As one of Prospect’s longest serving Consultants, Colin has developed an in-depth and diverse knowledge of the Newcastle and Hunter Valley communities. Using his networks in these areas, Colin continues to provide consistently professional, efficient and cost-effective Project RPO an Assessment Centre services to our clients.
Responsible for managing our Workforce Recruitment division, Colin’s expertise and experience is highly regarded by many of the company’s key clients. He also holds a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, which provides further support to his key areas of specialisation; recruitment project management, ‘operation start-up’ cultural development, assessment centre facilitation and high-volume candidate management.
Before joining Prospect, Nathan has worked in the military, utility and mining sectors as a project manager and recruiter, for the past 18 years.
Having an extensive operational background, Nathan has developed an excellent understanding of the soft and hard skills a candidate requires to add value to a client organisation. With well developed interpersonal and communication skills combined with a project management background, Nathan has the ability to assist the client in determining their current and future recruiting needs in a detailed, structured manner.
Nathan’s previous military background has taught him the importance of partnering and clear communication in any relationship, with the need to view any engagement with a client or candidate from a long term, value adding perspective.

With years of experience from the fields of learning and development, occupational health, safety and environmental management, training and recruitment, Bernard has recently forged a successful role as the Senior Consultant – Search and Selection for Prospect Group. He has well refined research skills that have developed during his post graduate studies in management. He effectively applies the principals of quality and risk management to the recruitment process and is adept to building positive relationships with both clients and candidates, whilst maintaining a keen focus on stakeholder needs.
With over 10 years’ experience providing consultancy services to the mining sector, Trish brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. As a Human Resource Generalist majoring in recruitment and selection, health & safety and performance management, Trish is passionate about developing candidate relationships and tailoring specialist HR and recruitment solutions for her clients.
After a number of years working in real estate, Sam took her extensive sales and customer service experience to the Recruitment and Government sectors, to great success. With exceptional interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, Sam particularly enjoys developing and maintaining strong partnerships and delivering exceptional results to her Search & Selection customers throughout the Hunter Valley.
Diana is a fully qualified and registered Senior Psychologist with experience in the areas of organisational culture, occupational stress and psychological well being. She is accredited in administering psychometric assessments and also in providing comprehensive feedback to clients regarding potential or existing employees.

Mellisa has recently joined the Prospect team, following a number of years working as a Personal Assistant and Office Manager to various legal firms and government departments in NSW. Her strong administrative background, attention to detail and motivation for managing process has allowed for a seamless transition to the business, specifically our primary service offering, Recruitment Process Outsourcing Solutions.
Initially brought into the team in a key support role, Mellisa was quickly promoted to Recruitment Project Manager, having established a number of key stakeholder relationships and identified various process improvements for the business in a short period of time. With exceptional organisational and planning skills, coupled with a friendly and approachable manner, Mellisa continues to expand her knowledge of the resources industry and further her support to our exclusive clients across NSW and QLD.
