Position Descriptions
Prospect will consult with Hiring Leaders and review position descriptions for all recruitment requirements in conjunction with the organisations key selection criteria
Advertising Campaign
Prospect will manage the placement of all online advertising
Longlisting & Shortlisting
Prospect will field, acknowledge and collate all candidate applications, present a tailored applicant longlist and recommended shortlist to relevant stakeholders
Phone Screening
Prospect will perform initial pre-screening of all shortlisted candidates
Psychometric Assessments (Optional)
Psychometric Testing and Safety Evaluation conducted for each candidate. Our Psychometric Services are available for all candidates across all processes (even those which Prospect isn’t otherwise involved with).
Interviewing
Prospect will coordinate / schedule all candidate interviews, facilitate the formal interview process and share post interview feedback with all candidates and business HR Representatives
On-boarding
Prospect will coordinate / schedule all candidate travel (as required), and arrange settle in services, while notifying Hiring Leaders of confirmed site visits
Medical Coordination
Prospect will schedule candidate medicals via the elected medical centre
Reference Checking
Prospect will complete two (current) reference checks on each preferred candidate
Qualification Checks
Prospect will check qualifications, driver’s license, entitlement to work in Australia etc.
Submission
Prospect will compile all candidate information including qualifications and licenses for final offer approvals (Candidate Pack)
Close Out
Prospect will conduct appropriate candidate follow up, aftercare and applicant rejection feedback as required
