How do Psychometrics work?
Once the individual has completed the selected suite of psychometric assessments, responses are evaluated in relation to the performance of a comparison or ‘norm’ group of similar individuals who have also completed these assessments.
Based on the results, it is then determined whether the individual has performed at an acceptable level for the successful completion of the role and has the greatest development potential.
These results are then used in conjunction with interviewing, reference checking and behavioural testing during the recruitment process.
