Search & Selection
In support of our Outsourcing Services, Prospect Recruitment also have a comprehensive Search & Selection capability, which can be successfully integrated into the agreed process steps.
In the event that a suitable candidate cannot be sourced via our recruitment outsourcing service, the position can then default to an external search process, with a view to attracting individuals through existing networks and referrals.
These services would be offered at a significant reduction in support of the greater project requirements in the later stages.
